Q. I have a Daily Deal voucher, how do I use it?
A. To redeem the voucher: 

Step 1 - Select the product (some vouchers will only work with a specific product) 

Step 2 - Choose the product options and if required enter your "Security Code"
found on the voucher 

Step 3 - Add to Cart

Step 4 - Enter you'r coupon code in the field provided at the top right hand side.
Click "Go" and the voucher will be applied to the total. 

Step 5 - Finish purchasing and check out as usual.

Canvas Prints

Q. What sizes can you print?
A. We can print up to 60 inches or 1524mm wide.

Q. Is the print protected?
A. All of our prints are laminated for protection against UV, dirt, 
moisture, cracking, and scratches. However, as with any artwork, it is 
advisable to keep your canvas away from direct sunlight and 
extreme temperatures. 

Q. How are prints packaged?
A. The canvas is are coverd with a layer of plastic for protection with a
layer ofbubble wrap is then placed over the print.The canvases are then
boxed and shipped with a courier straight to your door.

Q. Can I use a photo from my digital camera? 
A. Yes we accept JPEG, JPG, TIFF, PDF and RAW files. For the best results 
make sure you set your camera to the highest resolution or size available.

Q. Will the image wrap around the frame?
A. Yes as a standard we use 'Mirrored Gallery Wrap' by taking part of the front 
of the image and reflecting it onto the sides of the canvas frame, while still 
keeping the image frame size. This ensures the image wraps around the 
framed edges nicely. 

Q. What resolution or image size is needed?
A. For best results we recommend between 2- 8 mega pixels or file size 
of between 2 and 10 megabytes.

Q. Do I have to crop or resize my image?
A. No, we we will do that for you. For the best results send us the original image 
from your camera and we will do the rest.

Q. What is included in the price?
A. Your photo printed onto canvas, Free Image manipulation (scratch removal, 
date removal etc.), Free Colour Correction, Free Enlarging where applicable, 
Free Effects (Black & White, Sepia etc.) Liquid laminated for protection, 
Stretched around a frame and ready-to-hang.

Wall Stickers

Q. Are decals easy to apply?
A. Yes, very easy. And all or our products come with step-by-step instructions

to ensure easy application.

Q. On what surfaces can I apply the decal?
A. You can apply our decals to any clean flat surface i.e. walls, windows, doors, 
floors, mirrors, bathroom tiles, cars, laptops, fridges, ceilings etc. The possibilities 
are endless and our vinyl wall decals are suitable for both exterior and interior use.

Q. What are wall stickers made from?
A. Our wall stickers are made from ultra thin, high grade self-adhesive matt vinyl which 
gives the impression that they have been painted directly onto your wall.

Q. What's the difference between wall tattoos, wall stickers, decals, vinyl wall decals?
A. Nothing, they are all the same thing.

Q. I know they are removable but how long will the decals last?
A. The vinyl decals have an average lifespan of + - three years, this is allot higher 
when applied indoors. Please Note that extreme humidity or cold can reduce this. 

Q. Will they stick to my walls?
A. Up On Design wall decals (stickers) can be applied to any smooth flat or slightly 
textured surfaces. Make sure the surface is clean and free from dirt, oil or dust and 
is in good condition i.e no chips, splinters or cracks. Painted walls must be painted 
well with a primed undercoat and at lease two coats of paint on top.

If you have just re-painted, the old paint must be sanded down and cleaned prior 
to being re-painted. If the wall surface is not in a good condition wall stickers may 
sometimes lift off paint flecks.

Wall decals are easy to remove and usually don't leave any residue. If there is some 
residue left behind simply use a household surface spray and cloth to remove.

Please Note: Up On Design will not take responsibility for any damage. If the wall 
decals (stickers) do removed paint flecks you may need to apply some touch up 
paint to the area.

Q.  I have just painted my walls, when can I apply my wall decals? 
A. We recommend that you wait at least 2-3 weeks before applying wall stickers 
to freshly painted walls as the fumes will affect the wall stickers adhesive and they 
wont stick. Each decal comes with a free mini decal, please use this to test if your 
walls are ready for the wall sticker to be applied.

Please Note: Some paints can reject the wall decal adhesive, like Wash n Wear
and Teflon based paints. Feel free to contact us for a sample if you are not sure...

Q. How can I see how Colour 1 and Colour 2 are applied to the design?
A. You can view the Colour Key by clicking the image to enlarge it. Then click "Next" 
at the bottom of the screen. The Colour Key will then display how the colours are 
associated with the different parts of the design.

Alternatively you can go straight to the second image by clicking on the small 
square below the main image.

Q. Whats the difference between the standard Wall Stickers and the New 
Moveable Wall Stickers?
A. Our standard Wall Stickers are matt vinyl and are single use only. And they will 
always come with transfer application tape.

Our New Moveable Wall Stickers are a fabric polyester weave with a water based
adhesive and contain no PVC.  The moveable fabric wall stickers can be moved
and repositioned many, many times. They are easy to apply, basic designs are
simply peel and stick. While more intricate designs will also come with transfer
application tape.

Q. Do you ship outside Australia?
A. Yes, we do. And we offer a flat rate of $25 for shipping to countries outside of Australia.

A. Yes, just contact us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements including colour, 
size and design.

Wall Murals

Q. How does it arrive?
A. Up On Design wall murals arrive in a mailing tube. The actual mural is made
up of panels just like wall paper. 

Q. Is the wall mural easy to apply?
A. Yes, very easy. Our wallpaper is paste free and comes with step-by-step instructions
to ensure easy application. The fabric is rigid enough to remove and refit. If there are
any bubbles  or wrinkles simple push them out by hand or peel back and smooth onto
the surface again.

Q. On what surfaces can I apply the wall mural to?
A. You can apply our wall murals to any clean flat surface i.e. walls, windows, 
doors, ceilings, poles etc.

Q. What material is your wallpaper and murals made from?
A. Up On Design wall murals are self adhesive (peel and stick) polyester fabric.
it is non-toxic green and phthalates free. 

Q. Can I put the murals onto newly painted walls?
A. We recommend you wait a minimum of 4 weeks to allow the paint to dry fully.

Q. Can the murals be applied in a bathroom?
A. Yes it can, high humidity will not affect the wallpaper.

Q. How much residue is left on when I peel it off?
A. 99.9% of the time our wallpaper leaves no residue.

Q. Can I reuse the wallpaper?
A. Yes, the adhesive is well suited to being reapplied several times. To keep the adhesive
clean and free from dirt take the wallpaper down and reapply it to the backing film for
transportation and storage. 

Q. Is the wallpaper totally opaque?
A. No it is not 100% opaque and dark imperfections on the wall may show through.
For best results make sure the wall is free from marks.
